Salugi

Salugi is an emissary of the god Anubis and serves as Vivek's principal adversary. Centuries ago, Salugi corrupted the royal siblings Cleopatra and Ptolemy, leading them to break their covenant with Bastet and scatter the eighteen Good Luck Cats across the world. In the present, Salugi searches for the scattered cats on Anubis's behalf, working through the resurrected trio he now controls -- Elsa Jones, Willy Jones and Harry Brown -- while Vivek and the guardians hunt the same cats for the opposite reason. Where Vivek moves openly, Salugi works through corruption and proxies, never showing his own hand until it is already too late to stop him.
