Credentials

Nothing off Earth opens on wealth alone. A pioneer's passport gets them to Neterios; a city visa, sponsored or earned, is what actually lets them work and live in Heliopoly.

Every credential -- visa, professional license, insurance, a local permit -- is issued for a reason and can be revoked for one. The City Council writes the rules; Nancy Ordinance enforces them.

Reputation

Reputation is not a number a pioneer grinds -- it is what citizens, factions, employers and officials actually think of them, built or burned by contracts kept, choices made in public, and how a quest actually ended, not just whether it did.
